    The executive lounge was fantastic. With fine proximity to West Lake, exploring the gorgeous surroundings was effortless. And the staff were genuinely eager to help.

    The hotel's environment can become a bit too noisy, especially due to the bustling night market nearby. It can be overwhelming during peak hours.

    Amazing stay with great views

    Had such a nice time! The furniture and decor were on point, really stylish. Loved the little fruit basket in the room, perfect after skipping breakfast! The pool was nice for a chill swim. Just a bummer that my room blocked the river view. The super nice team.
